CHICKEN & VEGETABLE PIE

Poached shredded chicken and vegetables in a creamy herb sauce with a hint of coarse grain mustard. Savoury pastry base and then topped with flaky pastry.

Feeds -1-2 hungry people as main or 3-4 people as a complete meal when accompanied with potatoes and vegetables

Our chicken pie is not pre cooked and is designed to be cooked off in your oven. It is not suitable to be cooked in a microwave.

Not suitable to be frozen.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 180'c. Place dish on baking tray and cook for 40- 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Hint - Utilise your oven space at the same time as cooking the pie and roast off some baby potatoes rubbed with olive oil and salt or cut up roasted root vegetables and bake with the pie.
