GRAZING PLATTER AND BURRITOS

KEWPIE PLATTER (EACH PLATTER SERVES 10 - 15 GUESTS)
Fresh bakery bread (DF), hummus (GF/DF/Vegan), cubed cheddar cheese, pickled onion
gherkins, olives, sliced salami, roasted salted peanuts (GF/DF/Vegan), pretzels (DF/Vegan), corn chips (DF/GF/Vegan)

AND

Large hand-held flour tortilla stuffed with a spiced black bean rice, shredded sage and lemon chicken, dried cranberries, coarse grain mustard cream sauce and sliced roasted red peppers.

Wrapped in tin foil ready to be placed on pre heated BBQ for 40 minutes on low heat to heat through. Turn over after 20 minutes.
Disposable plate, Cutlery and napkin included.
